Daversa Partners is currently hiring Consultant-level recruiters to join our seasoned headhunters. We are looking for recent graduates and/or those with 1-2 years of working/internship experience, preferably in sales, recruiting, marketing, consulting or other outbound positioned roles that involve extensive interaction skills.

You will be responsible for things like:

• Uncovering and recruiting top talent on behalf of our clients (Companies like Airbnb, Uber, Snap, WeWork etc.)
• Meeting and interviewing high-level executives
• Building long-term relationships with candidates
• Helping your team manage the search process through organization and clear communication

But don't worry, we'll train you on all of the above!
