RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The successful candidate will be working with the International Assignment Consultants on the arranging and scheduling of services in accordance with clients' international policy.
• Processing of supplier invoices;
• Arrangement of services as determined by Graebel services agreement and as authorized by the client move policy.
• Additional responsibilities will include data entry, auditing of supplier invoices against services rendered, insuring correct supplier contact information in data base, and assisting with various reporting requests.

Required Skills

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in the mobility industry preferred

• Degree in Business or related field

• Cultural Awareness

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Customer Facing/Relationship Building experience

• Enthusiastic, flexible, creative and assertive

• Good research, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong team player that thrives in a team environment, adaptable and pro-active with a ‘can do' attitude

• Strong Influencing and negotiation skills
