Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of tasks in support of the safety division.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinate onboarding for new hires in the Madison office.
Maintain field employee recognition/incentive program
Maintain all prequalification websites (Avetta, ISNETWORLD, Browze, etc)
Coordinate distribution of safety related forms & paperwork
Maintain stock of training, office, and PPE supplies
Enter data and maintain the safety database in a variety of tasks (Intelex)
Coordinate employee safety CARES program for all new hires
Attend all safety meetings and calls (virtually and in person)
Maintain and approve safety receipts and credit card invoices for safety staff
Assist with the drug testing program administration
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Proficient with Excel, Word, calculator and adding machine key stroke skills
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and office setting experience preferred
