    Job Description

    Experian is looking for a team-oriented attorney for an in-house counsel position. You will report to the head of litigation in the Legal Department and primarily provide support for consumer litigation with respect to Experian's North American credit reporting business. You are experienced at risk management and assessment, and handling a wide array of consumer litigation.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of directly relevant legal experience in a large law firm and/or in-house setting
    • Excellent academic credentials;
    • The highest standards for diligence in handling legal matters
    • Be an active member of a congenial legal team and work well with non-legal professionals
    • Understand complex business issues, develop practical strategies, and effectively communicate in a positive manner
    • License to practice law in any US state
