    POSITION SUMMARY:
    This role is crucial in driving marketing and branding initiatives, streamlining internal processes and systems, and enriching the overall associate experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, creative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels in cross-departmental communication. They will address needs across teams, develop impactful marketing strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and empower associates with essential resources for success.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Marketing Lead

    • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives aligned with company goals to strengthen our brand presence.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Committee to manage content creation for internal communications and events, ensuring brand consistency across the company.
    • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and corporate events, working across departments for cohesive messaging.
    • Stay current with market trends, identifying growth opportunities and improvements.

    Forms, Process, and Systems Development

    • Create, maintain, and optimize workflows and systems for efficient marketing operations.
    • Develop and refine forms, templates, and tools to streamline company processes.
    • Partner with IT to ensure seamless, user-friendly marketing systems integration.
    • Provide training and support for Associates on marketing tools and systems.

    Sales Enablement

    • Equip the sales team with data, resources, and materials that drive customer engagement and sales success.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and maintain essential sales tools and resources.
    • Monitor and evaluate sales enablement resources, adjusting to maximize impact.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong project management skills with a focus on process optimization.
    • Excellent communication and design-oriented attention to detail.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple software platforms.
    • Maintain confidentiality in all matters.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Adobe, and SharePoint.
    • Customer Service Focus: Proactively meet internal and external customer needs.
    • Professionalism: Show tact, stay calm under pressure, and maintain respect and accountability.
