Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salary and 100% commission employees. Serve as first point of contact and respond to inquiries from employees about company benefits, policies and HR programs. Manage MG University E-Learning system Litmos and create new branded courses as needed. Provide day-to-day benefits administration services. Reviews benefits with employees and process enrollments, cancellations or changes. Full cycle high volume recruiting, manage candidates in SilkRoad Open Hire ATS system. Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. Process Unemployment Notices and Garnishments. Review and approve department invoices for accuracy. Perform various office duties (i.e. make copies, file documents). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills Bachelors Degree Required. 3-5 years of experience of Human Resources experience. Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook. Must be able to multitask and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Must maintain high level of professionalism & confidentiality, excellent customer service. Ability to interact with all levels of management in various settings. Experience with Paylocity and SilkRoad ATS preferred, not required.
