JOB DESCRIPTION: Front Office Associate - Receptionist – Reno, NV
Immediate opening with growing Miracle-Ear hearing aid franchise. Seeking Full Time Receptionist/Front Office Associate for our Reno office. Successful applicant will assist the clinical professional as well as patients by scheduling appointments and providing explanations and information. Telemarketing and sales experience is helpful. 60% of this job is setting and confirming appointments for our medical professionals. Must be comfortable with outbound warm/cold calls.
DUTIES:
REQUIREMENTS: It is desirable to have experience in a front office. The ideal candidate will be able to work as a team member or independently and possess excellent organizational skills, customer service, and communication skills. Computer skills is a must.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Able to use Microsoft Office software and internet based software applications. Knowledge of Sycle.net is a plus. Excellent listening and customer service skills are a must to make patients feel welcome and valued. You must be organized, flexible and skilled at handling multiple tasks at the same time.
