Sales Consultant in the area of Meriden, CT

As a Sales Consultant with Miracle-Ear, you will be working with an existing patient base, there is no cold calling. Instead, you will be asked to provide both on and off-site hearing aid counseling, consultation, and customer service by attending to both scheduled and walk-in patients.

• Requirements of Sales Consultant

• will sell hearing aids and accessories including batteries, special products, assistive listening devices, and all other products available. This position is also responsible for the identification and rehabilitation of hearing impairment including determining the appropriateness and benefit of amplification. (These skills can be acquired in our paid training period) At its core, this is a sales position. We need people that have a proven sales track record and superior closing skills. But this is also a consultative customer service position.

• Qualifications for sales consultant with At least 2 years Sales experience (One Call Closing experience a plus)

• Consistent, gapless work history with minimal career changes

• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a wide range of patients, colleagues, and vendors

• Superior customer service and relationship building skills

• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

• Must be able to lift boxes or equipment up to 20 pounds

• Computer skills & ability to pass the State Hearing Aid Fitters Exam
