We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative at our Salt Lake City corporate office that would like to be part of a positive growth culture and a fantastic team environment. Job Responsibilities * Taking customer orders * Maintaining basic knowledge of products, procedures, pricing and promotions * Contributing ideas to improve existing customer service processes * Taking initiative to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Minimum Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * 6 -12 months of customer service or related work experience * Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English * Excellent phone etiquette * Typing speed of 40 wpm * Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes We are looking for individuals to work the mid-shift.
