JOB SUMMARY

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

The primary duties of this position are to manage the assignments of technicians making certain that all products are repaired if necessary, tested and cleaned before shipping to our Customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete a minimum of volume by the technician group assigned. Address all warranty returns for each technician within 24 hours of receipt from customer
• Communicate all delays to appropriate department for customer contact
• Analyze productivity, methods and procedures and to make recommendations to management to improve efficiencies.
• Monitor all orders and warranties assigned to his/her technical group(s)
• Keep all areas including; benches, podiums and supplemental spaces extremely clean and organized at all times. Maintain an organized shop.
• Manage proper maintenance and handling of company inventory
• Document deficiencies, poor conduct as well as improvements and excellent conduct in MRS system
• Insure that all appropriate notes are updated in company information databases
• Insure that appropriate assets are used for testing of product
• Perform final Quality check of completed work
• May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to troubleshoot and solder components is required.
• Ability to repair drives and servo drives.
• Use of hand and power tools.
• Supervisory skills

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One to Three years Technical School Diploma or experience.
• Technical or Industrial product knowledge a plus

1. Comprehensive knowledge of routine and critical procedures with critical thinking skills for both neonatal and pediatric patients.

2. Thorough knowledge of Respiratory physiology and ability to practice good judgment in the implementation of clinical interventions indicated by the patient status.

3. Ability to adapt to varied age-specific patient problems.

4. Demonstrated expertise in transport respiratory equipment and modalities, oxygen delivery capabilities of various transport vehicles, and respiratory management at high altitudes.

5. Ability to foster and facilitate collaborative interpersonal relationships.

6. Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.

7. Ability to foster and implement team-building strategies.

8. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

9. Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
