    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    Support QA management in conducting the Quality Assurance and production processes and procedures of Radwell International. These departments include the Repair and PLCCenter departments; and the Distribution as it relates to the Quality Assurance process of Radwell International.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Complete an average of 8 units/day
    • Aid in the BER evaluation while maintaining a 4% or lower rate
    • Interfacing with customers, production, sales and accounting staff as it relates to strengthening our customer relationships and confidence in our capabilities.
    • Assist with development of methods, procedures and processes to improve our quality, capabilities and performance as an industrial controls resource in the marketplace.
    • Assisting with various duties as they relate to the Quality Assurance processes of Radwell International.
    • Support to quality department as back up for various roles as needed. This need may arise thru increased workload for these respective roles.
    • May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must have a proven track record in a similar technical environment
    • Must understand the products being repaired and processed from extensive technical background and experience; should be able to perform repair, testing and troubleshooting, and provide technical advice and assistance to all phases of the production cycle.
    • Strong computer skills; ability to learn and understand Radwell computer systems to perform job tasks in an automated environment
    • A positive attitude with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
    • Ability to work well with upper management in implementing directives and other supervisory personnel in operating the department.
    • Ability to identify needed improvements in existing processes and assist in implementations of changes.
    • Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends if necessary, in order to complete assignments on schedule and order to meet company goals and objectives.
    • Good organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle relationships with customers and suppliers.
    • Ability to evaluate and solve problems as they occur.

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    • High School Diploma and/or technical school required
    • One to three years related experience and/or training
    • Technical product knowledge preferred
    • Electronic industry experience required
