    Job Description

    As a Relationship Manager (RM), you will be on the front lines of client engagement, building strong relationships with some of the world’s leading Credit investors. This is a heavy client-facing role, requiring frequent in-person meetings, proactive outreach, and strategic sales efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring clients fully leverage our research solutions—including expert calls (1-1 engagements), transcripts, and insights—to enhance their investment decision-making.

    This is not just an account management role—you are also a sales driver, responsible for hunting and expanding engagement within your accounts. Whether it’s:

    • Cold calling new and existing users to introduce them to our expert call service
    • Scheduling and leading in-person meetings with analysts and portfolio managers
    • Targeting and converting inactive users into regular consumers of our research
    • Identifying new revenue opportunities within existing accounts

    …you will be proactively pushing adoption of our services while staying deeply attuned to clients' investment workflows.

    By staying embedded in your clients’ research processes, you will:

    • Drive adoption of expert calls as a core part of their due diligence process.
    • Expand relationships across teams, identifying key decision-makers and securing buy-in.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, recommending transcripts and experts based on clients' evolving investment priorities.
    • Relentlessly pursue opportunities, picking up the phone and pushing for meetings, ensuring every potential user understands the value of Third Bridge.
    • Own your territory, developing a deep understanding of each client’s business and strategically expanding their use of our products.

    This is a high-energy, high-impact role within our top-performing team, working with some of the most prominent Credit investors. You’ll receive structured coaching and support to help you hit and exceed your targets.

    • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with in-person meeting experience and the ability to build strong relationships with investment professionals.
    • A strategic and consultative sales approach, balancing short-term wins with long-term account growth.
    • Resilience and persistence – you thrive on pushing through rejections, following up consistently, and getting in front of key decision-makers.
    • Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales, targeting both new and lapsed users.
    • An entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of your accounts and treating them like your own business.
    • A deep curiosity for finance and investing, staying engaged with clients’ research priorities and proactively recommending relevant solutions.

    Additional Information

    • Salary: $65,000-70,000 basic dependent on experience + get rewarded for your success with our commission scheme.
