    Job Description

    Promedev is currently recruiting full-time, CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to join our rapidly-growing Relief Factor Customer Service Team department in Kirkland, WA. Our customer service center operates Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts range from 5 am - 8 pm. Candidates would need to be a resident of Washington State to be considered.

    SUMMARY

    Main responsibilities include inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with attention to detail, providing superior customer service and timely resolution. This is a work-from-home position.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the specific systems and processes of the Customer Service Center
    • Answer and resolve high-volume telephone calls and/or emails and/or chats with extremely close attention to customer service
    • Assist in answering general questions about products; promotions, returns, refunds, cancellations, account modifications, shipping/tracking information and other issues as needed
    • Process orders
    • Work from home representatives are required to provide private, quiet home environment, which is free of distractions and has room to work efficiently
    • Other duties and projects as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High volume, in-bound call center experience
    • Sales experience, or desire to develop salesmanship
    • Comfortable with upselling products to customers
    • Type a minimum of 40 words per minute
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Above-average organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Proven ability to meet company and customer quality standards through the delivery of high-level customer service
    • Strong computer and multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to work independently or as a team
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to work a set schedule between 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., may include holidays

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum high school diploma
    • Desired one-year call center experience
    • Desired three years customer service experience

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk with a headset and type on a computer for 7.5 or more hours per day. Reasonable accommodation's may be made to assist individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

    EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

    Work from home agents must provide their computer equipment. The requirements are that you have Windows 10, 8GB of RAM, video conference capable (webcam) and your computer is less than 4 years old. You also need to have a reliable internet connection that is NOT wireless.
