Job Description
As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, you will have a key strategic role within Third Bridge. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in the UK, you will join a growing Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit the best talent into Third Bridge across multiple disciplines. You will be responsible for working with your manager and hiring managers to design strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring that a robust selection and assessment process is in place.
You will be passionate about candidate experience and be proactive in promoting our employer brand across the candidate market via multiple channels.
The core responsibilities of this role include:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for experienced hiring in the US and UK.
Sourcing and shortlisting candidates using various recruitment channels while developing tailored sourcing strategies with stakeholders for each role.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our business model to enable you to identify, attract, assess and retain talent.
Conducting phone/video interviews to appropriately screen candidates.
Developing and managing consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing a high level of client service to internal stakeholders and the wider Talent Acquisition team
On occasion, supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the UK with end-to-end recruitment.
Supporting global talent acquisition projects and employer brand activities.
Qualifications
You must have previous experience within an end-to-end talent acquisition role, preferably with sales and account management recruitment experience. You’ll have successfully sourced candidates for various business functions using multiple channels.
You will have the ability to attract both passive and active candidates to apply to work at Third Bridge.
You have built strong relationships with recruitment agencies.
You will be proactive, and self-sufficient with the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
You have a high attention to detail and take pride in the accuracy of your work.
You will quickly position yourself as a subject matter expert while also being open to receiving feedback which will help us to continue to improve and evolve as a TA Team.
