Job Description
The eConnect Partner Specialist is a part of a passionate, cross-functional team responsible for driving growth and value to Vetsource retail partnerships. Assigned to several named customers, the eConnect Partner Specialist is responsible for understanding the entire range of Vetsource services while leading the customer account planning cycle, ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. The position will require an aptitude for, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving collaboration, and consistent follow-through. This is a remote based position supporting the eConnect team in Portland, OR.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Act as a conduit between Vetsource and key partner contacts
Cultivate positive customer relationships with every interaction, both internal and external
Maintain knowledge of all Vetsource solutions and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition both verbally and in writing
Support day-to-day partner account management needs (e.g. progress reporting, emailing partners, internal and external stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting)
Prepare quarterly and as needed reviews to support partners and meetings as a part of the account management cycle
Analyze, identify, and interpret trends or patterns in data necessary to guide business planning
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and communicates customer needs to key Vetsource stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary stakeholders
Help prepare presentations, meeting agendas, marketing, and other proposals To support partner projects and initiatives

Must be able to make sound judgment decisions and know when to ask for assistance
Excellent computer skills are required; experience using email, instant message, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, as well as the ability to learn how to navigate unfamiliar systems or programs quickly; ability to use multiple programs at once

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree
2-4 years experience in direct B2B Sales and experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree
The familiarity of eCommerce business (online retail)
Pet industry experience
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
The noise level in the work area is normally quiet to moderate
An environment where dogs are present in office areas of Vetsource locations
