    Job Description

    The Masters Leadership Development Rotation Program is designed to attract and develop future leadership talent for Experian Health's business. Primary areas of interest are marketing, sales, operations, product management, finance, and strategy. Participants will gain an understanding of Experian's strategies, information about our products and offerings, and broad knowledge of the healthcare industry. The program will include assignments and training in a diverse set of teams with the goal of preparing the program participant to land in a leadership role at Experian Health. Participants will gain experience by working on high priority projects that are designed to provide immediate value to the business.

    Program Highlights:

    • Rotational project assignments provide opportunity to work on visible, immediate, high-priority needs
    • The rotational program is 2 years with rotation assignments lasting 3-4 months with a total of 6-8 rotations for the entire program. The first 3-4 rotations are focused on building knowledge and a solid foundation of the Experian Health business (Product, Technology, Operations, and Sales). The remaining rotations will be uniquely built with the goal to prepare rotator for offboarding into a full-time position
    • Senior leadership visibility and exposure
    • Program Access to executive coach and formalized executive mentors
    • Collaboration with senior leaders, functional experts, and current and past participants in the rotation program.
    • Participation in cohort with monthly leadership and skills trainings.
    • Aleadership culture centered around learning and feedback, including leadership assessments and peer reviews
    • Lead diverse and high impact projects during each rotation delivering measurable results and gaining practical business insights. Post-program placement into a Senior Manager position

    Qualifications

    • Masters Degree or MBA with outstanding academic achievement, emphasis in Healthcare, Technology preferred (having graduated within a year of applying for this program)

    • 2+ years of experience in technology, business, operations, finance or business development
    • Demonstrated leadership experience and curiosity to learn
    • Excellent written skills
