    Job Description

    The Product Analytics Summer Intern will work under the Senior Director, Analytics Consultant as part of our analytics team. You will maintain Tableau dashboards, analyze member activity for insights, improve customer experience, manage data workflows, and collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams for data validation.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain Tableau dashboards that adapt to changing our needs.
    • Analyze comprehensive member activity from marketing traffic sources.
    • Leverage analytical tools to understand end-to-end customer behavior from marketing sources and conduct pathing analysis to increase customer experience
    • Monitor performance, identify changes in business trends and provides updates to the partners. Perform investigation and deep-dive analyses on any performance issues and ad-hoc questions.
    • Manage data workflows, queries, processes and scheduling to ensure dashboards are updated with accurate data.
    • Trouble shoot the process when the reports fail or when the data show anomalies.
    • Work with Data Engineering and BI teams on data validations to prioritize and resolve data issues.

    Qualifications

    •  Pursuing Bachelor's or advanced degree in business or quantitative (math, engineering, economics, or statistics) field of study.
    • Returning to school in Fall 2025 to complete degree
    • Proficient in SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau). Experience with cloud data warehousing theory.
    • Will understand data, summarizing large volumes of data and complex questions into clear analyses and findings using quantitative reasoning.
