What you’ll be doing…
As a Project Management Process Analyst you will work within the Verizon organization. Your role works to identify opportunities in processes, policies and procedures across the organization, both internally and with partners, and makes recommendations on necessary changes to improve customer and employee experiences. You’ll be partnering closely with Operations and other support partners to enhance our policies and procedures to align with Verizon initiatives.
Leveraging analytics and reporting to understand performance, and conduct root-cause analyses.
Preparing documentation and making recommendations to streamline or increase productivity based upon accurate data review of complex issues.
Turning raw data into logical information for visualization.
Collaborating with customers to implement changes required by audit and track adherence.
Collaborating with internal and vendor partners to ensure gaps and trends are considered and addressed to create unified processes, policies and experiences while ensuring the best experience and interests are considered for our customer and employees at all times.
Identifying areas of opportunity to implement tech-based programs to automate tasks and/or processes.
Providing support for escalations and enablement not available to the front-line.
Receiving direction from Princ Engr and Leadership on areas of focus within the business and collecting data to support/explain trends and gaps.
Managing and facilitating relationships with key stakeholders and forge cross-functional partnerships.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Experience report building including knowledge of Pivots and Formulas in Google Sheets, Excel, or Access.
Experience with systems and tools such as reporting dashboards, Verint, Live Engage, Enhance, Tableau, Qlik.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree.
Experience pulling, reporting and analyzing large multi faceted data and making decisions or recommendations based on data observed.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, Lean, TQM, Six Sigma.
Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders and on a team - all in a remote work environment.
Experience as a Subject Matter Expert and explaining why and how end users can use a new solution.
Experience with process improvement methodologies.
