What is NetSuite Associate Program in Product & Technology?

The NetSuite Associate Program in Product and Technology is designed to accelerate the career development of recent college graduates in the area of software engineering and development, product management and user experience and product design. 

The program is structured to provide participants with exposure to innovative product development, mentorship by peers, colleagues and senior leadership. With highly selective and small classes of cohorts, each participant will be assigned to a development team but will also be exposed to cross functional opportunities to learn about all NetSuite products.  

The goal of this program is to develop new grads into the future technical product leaders at NetSuite.  The program also offer internship opportunities in Software Development and Product Management.

Responsibilities:

NetSuite is looking for new college grads with computer science backgrounds and strong problem-solving, teamwork, leadership and analytic skills.

We have openings on a number of product teams, including ERP, e-commerce, platform, infrastructure, performance and security.

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S. in computer science, CSE or equivalent

• 3.0 GPA minimum

• 2+ years software development experience (including internships)

• 2 years experience with Java, C# or C++

• Understanding of HTTP, Internet protocols, Web browsers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on a software development team

• Enterprise business application development experience

• A passion for creating great software
