    What you’ll be doing...

    You’ll be managing a team of bilingual Business Sales and Billing representatives across multiple call centers to provide outstanding customer service as well as acquire, grow, and retain business customers. You’ll be responsible for coaching, developing, recognizing and holding people accountable for delivering both performance and efficiency metrics. Highly motivated by challenging goals, you’ll be pushing your team and yourself to find ways to improve business results every day. This position will manage union employees.

    • Lead bilingual Representatives to acquire, grow and retain customers.

    • This position spans multiple centers along the East coast and may require travel.

    • Must pass Spanish assessment.

    • Coach Representatives to leverage tools to drive positive customer outcomes.

    • Analyze data and leverage tools that provide actionable insight - drive close rates, exceed net revenue targets, increase customer satisfaction, and drive productivity metrics, improve customer saves, manage revenue write down, and improve positive actions metrics.

    • Foster an environment that encourages employee engagement.

    • Perform consistent and timely coaching and developing in an organized and well detailed manner.

    • Prioritize the employee and customer first to deliver outstanding experiences.

    • Encourage a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

    What we’re looking for...

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Must pass Spanish assessment

    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

    • Knowledge of general internet concepts, such as data speeds, popular consumer apps and over-the-top (OTT) applications.

    • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Willingness to work flexible schedule to include nights and weekends as needed.

    • Willingness to travel.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • A degree.

    • Two or more years supervisory experience in sales support/customer service call center environment.

    • Experience coaching and developing employees in a sales environment providing skills, support and motivation.

    • Good oral and written communication skills.

    In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person
    trainings and meetings.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $60,900.00 and $113,100.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
