Business Development Representatives serve on the front line of VividCortex to prospective customers. You'll do research and analysis on companies that might benefit from our product, identify and contact the right decision makers, introduce our company and our product, and schedule calls and demos with other members of the sales team.

No tech software experience is required! Customer service or sales experience may help, though. You must be hungry to start your career in an enriching environment, and you want to be part of a team's growing success.

Since you'll be talking with prospects, you should have great communication skills on the phone and in writing, and be able to explain complex topics to others. You should be friendly and pleasantly persistent with prospects, because we know that this product could make their work lives better!

You should also have an analytical mindset, and manage your time efficiently, since you'll probably have multiple projects at any given time.

We're also looking for a comfort-level with learning new technology tools and platforms, whether that's sales-specific applications that you'll use on the job, or keeping up with the changes to the VividCortex product.
