What you’ll be doing...

• Learn and provide the metrics required to support key business goals for different lines of business and segment reporting.
• Partner with other internal and external teams to help provide business intelligence by identifying the right data, conducting analyses, and providing insights to make recommendations and guide decision-making.
• Help develop and automate the best ways to share the data in dashboards, presentations, and written reports to suit the needs and the audience.
• Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on various marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of test measurement plans, analysis workbooks, and learning card readouts to support the Real-Time Marketing testing team for the Mobility line of business.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
• Experience interpreting complex datasets.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (eg. Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides.
• Experience with Data visualization tools such as Tableau and interest in building visually appealing and compelling presentations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
• Data visualization experience, building visually appealing and compelling presentations.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $61,000.00 and $113,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
