The Business Operations Senior Analyst will support the activities of the group. You will be responsible for managing efficient day-to-day team operations. This includes daily administrative tasks, onboarding new team members, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis, and various ad hoc tasks needed by the team.
Performing administrative tasks, including data entry and validation, processing vendor invoices and payments, entering system requests for existing employees and new hires, and creating job postings.
Owning end-to-end onboarding of contractors and new hires, partnering with HR, IT and the internal team to ensure a seamless experience.
Running weekly and monthly status reports on headcount, phone tracking, and various other reports as needed.
Executing on and improving upon operational processes to increase effectiveness and efficiencies.
Identifying, recommending, and implementing automation strategies to replace manual tasks.
Preparing reporting and metrics dashboards related to time-tracking, quantity and status of projects, team capacity and effectiveness, tiering, cycle times, expense budgets and other relevant data.
Serving as an analytic generalist to support data queries from internal team members and clients
Serving as owner for internal time tracking, includes analyzing, designing, and managing enhancement requests.
Leveraging technology to gain efficiencies and improves communications within the team and with clients.
Facilitatating maintenance of complete, centralized records of all comments and approval at the job level, for tracking and filing purposes, as well as the ability to pull past jobs for reference, auditors and/or other legal/business review needs.
Bachelors degree or two or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working within an in-house creative services group or external agency in a management and/or operations role.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Working knowledge of Workfront.
Experience with automated workflow tools and DAM systems.
The willingness to operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Superior time management, project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
Meticulous attention to detail, with demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness.
Basic knowledge and understanding of the creative process—print, digital, video and production capabilities.
Willingness to work well in collaborative creative environments but is also able to work independently; self-reliant.
Are proactive, decisive and adept at crisis management.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams/efforts, able to influence others and effective in developing team members
Ability to analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data.
Superior customer service ethics.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Willingness to be flexible to project needs; willingness to work long days and weekends as needed.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $71,000.00 and $132,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
