This is a rotational development program lasting 20 months that provides exposure across our key sales channels within Verizon Business. Group (VBG).
As part of the VBG Small and Medium Business Sales organization, you will help some of the world’s best businesses do business smarter. Joining a dynamic team that collaborates and provides solutions – you act as a consultant to our clients. You will take part in meaningful work, on real-life projects, driving value during this sales development program. You'll learn from the best minds in the industry and have a chance to build your sales acumen in an environment that’s dedicated to industry superiority. During rotations in our key business channels, you will learn foundational sales skills including hunting and prospecting for new business or growing existing accounts, you'll consult with customers to identify their business challenges and recommend tailored solutions to solve them.

Participants who successfully complete the Business Sales Acceleration Development Program may be considered for regular, full time sales roles based on their performance, interests, and business needs. These post program roles will support a sales territory and carry a monthly sales quota and target. The role will require travel in and around an assigned geographic area.
This position will include rotations in both mobile and hybrid working models, with the majority of time spent out in the field for in-person meetings and customer visits, etc. The territory may cover, but is not limited to (city) and (city) and surrounding areas.
Must be willing to relocate upon program completion.
