What you’ll be doing...
You’ll be leading the contract strategy for Strategy and Ops Team under VCG Channel Ops Support Team, where we spend more than seven hundred fifty million dollars per year. While guiding your internal clients through the acquisition process, you’ll be identifying potential suppliers, drafting requirements, analyzing qualifications, negotiating deals, identifying cost saving or cost avoidance and monitoring supplier performance. Our purchasing power combined with your skills and expertise will help us maintain our market-leading position. Come play a meaningful role in driving continuous cost savings and revenue generation.
Performing market analysis to find potential suppliers.
Guiding internal business partners through the supplier selection process.
Working cross-functionally to document requirements, build RFPs, and conduct negotiations.
Handling the sourcing process, ensuring that it aligns with our policies.
Validating that suppliers are upholding contract terms and conditions.
Identifying cost saving and avoidance opportunities across all Customer Service PSO partner contracts.
Handling timelines and deliverables for contracts and proposals across all VCG partners.
Ensuring that contract and proposal processes are following internal and external guidelines.
Collaborating across the organization for input, feedback, and approval on agreements.
Facilitating and negotiating between internal and external partners.
Auditing contracts for standardization and opportunities.
Developing outcome based pricing and receiving approvals on agreements.
Being creative in negotiating new ways of contract innovations.

What we’re looking for...
You understand commerce. Because you are a master relationship builder, external suppliers see you as an invaluable partner and internal clients see you as a trusted advisor. You have no problem prioritizing multiple simultaneous projects and you’re no stranger to tight timelines. Balancing the intersection of cost, efficiency, and quality, you expertly negotiate the best outcomes for all parties.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in Contract Strategy and management
Experience in Contract Negotiation.
Experience in negotiation skills or cost management skills.
Experience working with Customer Service outsource business partner contracts.
Experience in written (presentation), verbal communication & problem solving skills.
Experience in Customer Service in the PSO organization.
Experience in customer service metrics. (i.e First Call Resolution, Three Day Repeat, and Average Handle Time channel)
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Business degree in Supply Chain of Business Administration.
Program management, request-for-proposal (RFP), and vendor selection experience.
Experience in Finance.
Experience in Sourcing.
Supply chain certification, such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Supply Chain Management (ISM).
Project management certification.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
