Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to develop and drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and accuracy of the collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment processes. In this role, you will drive the “end to end” forecasting and replenishment process; ensuring internal controls are in place to develop and deliver forecasted products through our distribution centers. We are looking for a candidate with a demonstrated history of managing data for results and reporting business performance through KPI management. The ability to work cross functionally to achieve objectives is crucial in this role. Your primary responsibilities include:
Forecasting demand for device sales and maintain an updated forecast at all times.
Driving analysis of sales, financial and operational performance data (e.g., modeling, predictive analytics) to identify key insights and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
Collaborating to build the sales and shipment forecast.
Aligning forecast assumptions in support of special events (e.g. new product launches, holidays and promotional events).
Reviewing Supply Chain data and identify key trends and issues which need to be addressed by the business in order to improve customer experience, drive business improvement and reduce costs across the organization.
Creating strategies and tracking KPI performance to drive continuous improvement against business objectives.
Ability to decipher complex data into actionable recommendations.
Executing price changes, SKU updates and changes for new and pre-owned products across Supply Chain platforms.
Providing input and help oversee implementation of new tools to improve the Supply Chain planning process.
Modeling team commitment by meeting deadlines; and by being cooperative, collaborative, and flexible.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Two or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Forecasting and Modeling.
Experience with various ERP and Supply Planning Systems.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Strong Technical Aptitude with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Power User skill set in Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in quantitative and financial analysis.
Working presentation skills to effectively present information to an audience of varying responsibility across internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease.
Proficient business analysis skills, including the ability to gather, organize, and interpret large datasets to make actionable, sustainable business recommendations.
Expert ability to work under demanding time constraints and business goals.
Excellent project planning skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Vlocity.
Strong familiarity with SAP.
SQL Expertise.
VBA Expertise.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $75,000.00 and $138,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
