    What you’ll achieve As an Undergraduate Intern, you will analyze and recommend enhancements to existing workflows and processes. You will work with the Customer Success team on projects that focus on optimizing profitability and improving customer experience. Projects will require you to leverage problem-solving and fact-based analysis skills to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including field sales, operations, finance, legal, and Dell Technologies customers.

    You will:

    • Perform tasks of varying complexity, requiring judgement with limited direct supervision  
    • Work effectively with cross-functional partners 
    • Participate in special Sales projects as needed

    Essential Requirements

    • Ongoing undergraduate course work
    • Productivity and excellent communications skills
    • Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day to day activities  
    • Ability to follow process, policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Business analytics and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word

    Desirable Requirements

    • Ability to communicate well with senior level team members
    • Proficiency with structuring strategic analysis and storylines using MS Office tools

    **Compensation **

    Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $19.22 – $26.68 per hour depending on location. ​
