You’ll manage new customers experience while starting to use Invine platform.
You'll lead the deployment of demos, including management and staff training on how to operate InVine cloud platform. You’ll oversee customer success during demo stage, learning more about their requirements and sharing feedback with the sales, customer success and product teams.
You’ll help customers on demo overcome technical issues and making sure they’re using InVine platform the best way possible. - You’ll oversee the deployment of paying customers making sure they get a seamless experience.
All in all, you’ll join the team that is getting 10 out of 10 customers to LOVE us so much.
You are energetic, proactive and problem solving oriented.
You show great attention to detail, work in an organized way, finally you’re very passionate and relentless about providing a top notch experience to customers.
You show very good interpersonal skills.
You are proficient working with web tools (Gmail, Asana, Salesforce)
