The DT Intern Scholars Program is designed for undergraduate sophomores who self-identify as Black/African American and or Hispanic/Latinx.
The program is a multi-year experience exposing students to different roles within the tech industry. It will provide participants with knowledge and training to strengthen technical and communication skills while building business acumen and providing visibility to career opportunities.
As a DT Intern Scholar, you will have two internship opportunities to work in a high-performing team and provide solutions to our customers’ most complex issues. Each summer, you will be assigned an innovative project where you can quickly ramp and make real contributions. Whether delivering tools / features, testing a new product, enhancing inventory management controls or working with teams that support our customers daily, you will learn what it’s like to work in a fast-pasted organization that provides leading edge solutions to customer challenges. You’ll have opportunities to interact with leaders, other summer interns and network at professional development and social events. At the end of your tenure you’ll share what you’ve accomplished.
Upon successful completion of the first DT Intern Scholars internship, students may receive a second DT Scholars internship offer. Those who successfully complete all DT Scholars internships and maintain high academic achievement may receive full-time job offers.
