What you’ll be doing...
This position’s primary roles include serving as a Digital Value Team Facilitator (VTF) and Core Team Facilitator (CTF) for Digital Content Releases.
Digital Content Releases enable Digital Operations to implement promotions, device launches, and other initiatives via VZ's digital platforms, such as the VZ.com website and the VZ mobile application.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating the activities to gather complete and concise Business requirements for Tactical content requests that are delivered in Digital Content Releases and/or GTS releases.
Working with MAC/Design teams to ensure that any required assets are developed and available, prior to engaging the development and UAT team(s).
Facilitating daily/recurring Value Team meetings and doing extensive follow-up with the Business stakeholders and MAC/Design teams to provide the complete requirements/assets in a timely manner.
Reviewing the Business requirements and assets for Tactical content requests that are delivered in Digital Content Releases and/or GTS releases with the development teams and UAT teams.
Ensuring that the development/UAT teams: (1) understand the Business requirements and assets and (2) have all the information they need to determine a Level Of Effort (LOE) estimate for the work
Working closely with the Digital and GTS contacts who are responsible for aligning the content requests to specific Digital and/or GTS releases.
Training/coaching Digital Content Release partners on the processes used for creating and moving content requests through the JIRA lifecycle.
Training/coaching Digital Content Release partners on the JIRA ticket structures used for content requests.
Working with stakeholders, development teams, and UAT teams (as needed) to define and implement processes and/or ticket structures for new types of content requests.
Individual efforts to identify/implement improvements across the VTF and CTF roles and responsibilities.
What we’re looking for...
You must have:
Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Experience with Business Analysis/requirements gathering.
Experience and knowledge with Project Management processes.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices.
Experience working with cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
Experience with ecommerce.
Even better if you have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Understanding of Release Management fundamentals.
Experience with JIRA is strongly preferred.
Prior wireless experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and interact with partners on all aspects of the delivery life cycle concurrently.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
