    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Verifying, monitoring and analyzing dispatch work activity and deploying field resources.

    • Analyzing network facilities and customer premise equipment by using resources to remotely isolate the repair problem.

    • Contacting internal and external customers to verify site readiness, activity, schedule repair and quote billing charges.

    • Coordinating the transmittal of work information and maintenance tickets to field technicians.

    • Monitoring and tracking all Network Operations provisioning, maintenance and alarm work activity.

    • Working evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • A related Associate Degree or 2+ years’ relevant experience.
