Your Role and Responsibilities

Long-Term Supplemental Clerk/Material Handler- Follows specific verbal and written direction. Responsible for Chain of Custody Management for reporting completeness and discrepancies to client for resolution. Performs document inventory, data entry, reviews and enhances digital images using various processing platforms, and reviews work for accuracy. Must also be able to perform Document Preparation and scanning functions for multiple projects across various scanning equipment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good Computer skills (Time Keeping/Records Management Tracking/Expense Reports/Email Communication to co-workers and clients)
• Good oral and written communication skills (Must interface with Clients)
• Good Organization Skills (responsible for workflow prioritization)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift and move boxes/packages weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Must be very reliable and have reputable attendance records in prior employment

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 1+ years of Prior Experience in the Document Conversion Industry
• 2+ years of Prior Experience in a professional work environment
• US Citizenship
