    POSITION SUMMARY

    Develop and run Operations focused reporting to deliver data-driven insights for executives and site leaders. Engage with stakeholders and perform variance analysis to understand how processes and efficiencies impact key performance metrics.

    DESCRIPTION

    • Run daily, weekly and monthly reporting, maintain trend files for KPIs, Labor, and SLA performance metrics.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills, a demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders, and experience preparing materials for an executive audience
    • Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
    • Comfortable building complex models in Excel and can turn data into easily understandable insights
    • Uses historical data, sales trends and market research to develop forecasts, track sales quota and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly). Works closely with multiple departments. Utilizes data to determine potential changes.
    • May help in the planning and implementation of the RFP process, broad architectural considerations, budgeting and project planning. May sit on client/customer steering committees related to the broader aspects of the program/project being implemented.

    • Recognized skilled specialist in job area. May be responsible for leading daily operations. May train, delegate and review the work of lower level employees.
    • Problems typically are not routine and require analysis, judgment and initiative. Makes minor adjustments and enhancements to working methods to improve effectiveness of area.
    • Provides administrative or technical support at a specialist level. Incumbents are highly proficient in a broad range of activities related to their job.
    • Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum five years' functional experience. OR HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum 8 years of functional including 4 years position specific experience.
