What you’ll be doing...

This position is to assist customers in the successful planning and execution of premier virtual executive meeting and collaboration services. In this role your clients will be business executives who are reserving and hosting virtual conference call space. In your role you will book reservations, curate all of the details of the virtual meeting, host the executive conference call, announce speakers, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise with the conference call for hosts and attendees. Meetings could be quarterly earnings calls, investor relations calls, or other highly visible public events. This role must be executed flawlessly and is a key resource to providing an exceptional experience for our customers which commonly includes C-level executives. This is a highly visible role that requires a polished executive-level communication style and presentation skills.

In this role you will...

• Field inbound calls from our current customers to establish reservations for their future conference calls

• Place those reservations in our conference reservation system

• Lead and facilitate conference calls

• Answer incoming lines from those conference calls

• Troubleshoot technical issues with the conference call

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in user experiences, such as why some attendees successfully join meetings while others encounter issues

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have...

• One or more years of work experience.

• One or more years of experience in a business customer service role

• One or more years of experience coordinating virtual executive meetings via WebEx, Teams or similar platform

• One or more years of experience troubleshooting audio, visual, presentation, or attendee issues with virtual meeting

• The ability to work a variety of shifts in a 24x7 environment that includes some weekends and some holidays

• Must be located within commuting distance to the Verizon office located in Cary, NC

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a business or communications field

• Three years of work experience coordinating virtual meetings for C-suite executives

• Experience working in ambiguous multi-tasking environments and with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.

• Experience in client relationship management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of customer success processes.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services).

• Strong team player, but still a self-starter – the ability to lead by example.
