  • Responsibilities

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • A minimum of 2 years working experience in large event planning and coordination
    • A minimum of 2 years working in Office management
    • Associates in business management or business administration
    • Maintain good driving record
    • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize during high request volume.
    • Candidates must have professional attitude/image, strong communication skills, and be customer service focused.
    • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
    • Ability to work with all levels of management and executives.
    • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment to meet deadlines for assigned tasks.

The coordinator is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The supervisor must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
