We are currently seeking to fill positions in the areas of Financial Planning, Accounting, and Tax. THE CO-OP PROGRAM IS A FULL-TIME ROLE FOR SIX MONTHS STARTING JUNE 1ST, 2022 ENDING EARLY JANUARY 2023. IBM OFFICE LOCATIONS FOR THE CO-OP PROGRAM ARE IN: ARMONK, NY AND SOUTHBURY, CT. WE REQUIRE CANDIDATES HIRED FOR THIS PROGRAM COMMIT TO EMPLOYMENT FOR THE FULL CO-OP TERM.

You will be immersed in the operations of your assigned area, exposed to many aspects of the business and many of the basic functions of the company. Over your six months at IBM, you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of the business and what makes it work. Specific roles and responsibilities will vary with the individual positions; however, you will be expected to analyze and interpret complex data while working on financial analysis & reporting. We are looking for people who enjoy collaborating globally, use data analytics to provide actionable insights and have a passion to innovate. CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enrolled in a Finance/Accounting or closely related undergraduate degree program
• Strong background in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office Suite
• Leadership experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Candidates must have the ability to work in the US without current or future need for sponsorship

• Currently pursing a college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other closely related degree programs.
