Our Interns will work daily throughout the structured summer program to help generate meaningful work that will have a tangible impact across different aspects of the business. Currently Leidos has an intern job opening for a HIGH SCHOOL INTERN located in RESTON, VA.

In this role, you will need to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, understand prioritization, have attention to detail, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.

THE CHALLENGE (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES):

• This internship will allow a student to expand their interests and abilities in a professional setting, working with Leidos mentors who have chosen to share their knowledge, experience, and talents.

• Working alongside current employees to assist with reviewing and updating forecast files to ensure the file is updated with the newest set of data; review and track any major changes from the previous period or week.

WHAT SETS YOU APART (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS):

• Current class standing at a High School Junior/Senior Level.

• Strong writing and Oral communication skills.

• Ability to effectively reason through tasks and decisions.

• Available to up to 20 hours per week.  (Hours can vary based on student's school schedule).

• US Citizenship is required.

PAY RANGE:

• $31,200.00 - $48,000.00 - $64,800.00
