Our Interns will work daily throughout the structured summer program to help generate meaningful work that will have a tangible impact across different aspects of the business. Currently Leidos has an intern job opening for a HIGH SCHOOL INTERN located in RESTON, VA.
In this role, you will need to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, understand prioritization, have attention to detail, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
THE CHALLENGE (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES):
This internship will allow a student to expand their interests and abilities in a professional setting, working with Leidos mentors who have chosen to share their knowledge, experience, and talents.
Working alongside current employees to assist with reviewing and updating forecast files to ensure the file is updated with the newest set of data; review and track any major changes from the previous period or week.
WHAT SETS YOU APART (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS):
Current class standing at a High School Junior/Senior Level.
Strong writing and Oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively reason through tasks and decisions.
Available to up to 20 hours per week. (Hours can vary based on student's school schedule).
US Citizenship is required.
