The HRBP - Sr. Mgr **** will help shape and drive the HR Strategy and partner with Communications, as the lead HRBP, on strategic priorities including talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management. In addition to HRBP support of the Communications practice, you will partner across multiple teams including HR and Finance to develop and implement talent initiatives and programming that accelerate the capabilities of our Finance talent. In this role, you also will uniquely act as a talent connector across our business unit Finance, in partnership with the supporting HR team, to ensure alignment on workforce strategy design against Finance’s overall talent and business priorities. As a high-performing, strategic HR partner, you will advise and coach business leaders at all leadership levels (Sr. Director+) on driving the organizational values and culture. Additional responsibilities include:
Understanding and applying talent trends and perspectives combined with business acumen and objectives to shape talent strategy and priorities for the business unit.
Advising and pulling through talent solutions to achieve strategic goals.
Analyzing organizational effectiveness using data, interviews, and other 'sensing' channels to assess people and organizational capability and provide guidance for transformational changes or support business transformations.
Identifying business insights and diagnosing possible challenges and solutions.
Providing consultation on how the organizational design/structure aligns to enable strategy and objective.
Facilitating organizational design and restructure.
Partnering with CoE to shape the talent plan for the business unit and architect fit-for-purpose talent solutions (including TA, TR, L&D) to achieve the goals.
Partnering with finance and business leaders on strategic workforce planning.
Working with CoE and the business to pull through DEI programs and initiatives in the business unit.
Partnering with CoE through the succession management process and monitoring the fulfillment of the succession planning.
Delivering critical programs and processes such as performance reviews and talent reviews.
Educating CoE partners on business context, and sharing best practices across business units.

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant HR experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience advising leaders.
Experience with talent management, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
Experience influencing key stakeholders and senior leaders through relationships, expertise, and data.
Experience managing multiple priorities and navigating highly matrixed environments.
Business acumen experience with a broad understanding of business operations.
Project management and change management experience.
Experience creating and delivering presentations to all levels of the organization.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Master’s degree
Insightful, forward thinker; change agent.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
