Acxiom is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual for a Campaign Operations Internship. The Campaign Operations intern will work directly with Campaign Operations Managers as a member of the Marketing Information Management team for one of our largest clients coordinating the implementation of their marketing campaigns. In this role the associate will provide support to coordinate all aspects of the execution of these programs working with all partners including Marketing, Decision Management, Acxiom Operations, and multiple partners (letter shops, email service providers, etc.).

The internship will start on May 19, 2025
This internship will be located in the Conway, AR office
20-25 hours/week work dedication during the semester and up to 40/week during breaks and summer
Anticipated graduation date between May 2026 - December 2026

What You Will Do:
Works closely with Campaign Operations Manager to serve as primary liaison with client Marketing Segment Managers, Decision Management, and Risk to develop sound Business Requirements and work through the business needs to ensure successful project completion
Serves as back-up for the Campaigns Operations Manager on projects/programs
Provide consultative support to Campaign Operations Manager as they support client business partners in reviewing requirements, offering suggestions, and answering inquiries
Coordinate requirements and shepherd implementation across multiple technical
vendors and client internal technology teams
Support projects and outcomes from multiple online and offline channels
Work with Acxiom Operations team to support successful campaign execution
Facilitate meetings keeping participants passionate about agenda and goals
Work independently, with strong follow-through, capable of owning and leading
projects from end-to-end
What You Will Need:
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients
Technical literacy with ability to explain technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to work seamlessly cross-geography and multi-functionally within an organization to accomplish objectives
Acumen working in a technical environment to solve business-related problems
Familiarity/expertise with SQL and Campaign Management
What Will Set You Apart:
Campaign Management tools experience
Strong SQL skills
Experience with the financial services industry
Experience with Direct Marketing of credit card offers and understanding of legal and regulatory environment
Experience with digital marketing
Working knowledge of Database technologies and CRM concepts
Knowledge of Acxiom products
