As a Test Engineer Intern in the Data and Identity organization, you will be on the front lines of testing our core application products. You will also be involved with innovative technology used to automate the building, testing, and reporting on our various products. Our Test Engineers are embedded in agile engineering teams and lead the testing tasks involved in bringing new and exciting products to market.

Internship details:

• The internship will begin on January 13, 2025
• Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas
• Up to 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester
• Anticipated graduation date December 2025 - May 2026

What will you do:

• Works daily as a part of an agile engineering scrum team and is responsible for testing and test automation tasks the team deems priority.
• Actively supplies to the quality of Acxiom products through creation of test scenarios, test data and test verification.
• Receive mentoring from an expert Test Engineer and learn to apply Acxiom test frameworks and industry standard development and automation toolsets.
• Expertly communicates with team members by providing both verbal and written communication on a daily/weekly basis.

What you willl need:

• Have a BS in MIS, CS or equivalent experience in a software testing role
• Familiar with database concepts such as SQL and relational DBs
• Are familiar with software development tools/methods (Jenkins, Git/Stash)
• Are familiar with internet technologies such as: HTML/XML, CSSm, HTTP, XPATH, JAVA Script
• Have the ability to craft and write sophisticated software testing procedures
• Thrive in a results-oriented role
• Knowledge of Acxiom internal systems a plus
