Tell me more about the Internship Program!

The WWT Internship Program is a 10-14 week summer program designed to give college students an opportunity to experience the workplace prior to graduation and enhance their education. Our program is focused on better preparing students for the business world while providing valuable contributions to our company. WWT interns work in a dynamic and collaborative culture that highlights career opportunities and advancement.

We are now hiring for Summer 2024. The program will begin in May 2024. This application is open from August 2023 to November 2023.

Why Internal IT?

Made up of nearly 350 WWT employees, Internal IT supports -- you guessed it -- our internal workforce! There are many different areas within IT that you could work in, including IT Application Services, IT Business Operations, IT Product Management, IT Infrastructure and Security and IT Architecture. If you are passionate about making a difference in the workplace and getting to know WWT employees -- this could be your new home.

Relevant Majors:

• Computer Science
• Cyber Security
• Information Technology
• Information Systems
• Software Engineering

• Must have at least 1 completed semester of College
• Currently enrolled in an accredited University and will have at least 1 semester left to complete after summer internship program takes place
• You must have a graduation date of December 2024 or later to qualify for the program
• Must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role.
• Must be able to demonstrate relevant skills.
• Basic understanding of WWT's services and solutions
• Basic knowledge in one or more of the following: information technology, cyber security, software development, information systems.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem solving & analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong independent judgment and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate well with others
• Must provide reliable transportation & housing
