    What you’ll be doing...

    We’re looking for you to bring the latest and greatest features to our teams-—and to help us tell our stakeholders about what’s new and why they need to have it. We are looking for someone to help drive the direction of our operations utilizing a best in class platform - Adobe Workfront. This role will focus on working with our teams to organize their ideas and potential use cases and work with partners to stand up and operationalize these processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations your role is focused on driving the day to day operations of the platform holistically, ensuring that our timelines and deadlines are made, and that we are building the right set of requirements for the teams that we support. You will work with a system implementation partner and help to focus their efforts in an agile way.

    This role is an opportunity for growth, and to explore other opportunities in the business. You will be exposed to many different aspects of our business, including operations, technology and marketing and will allow you to expand your knowledge of the telecommunications industry and various pathways for development in the future.

    • The Junior Product Manager will be responsible for helping to define the Adobe Workfront product strategy, developing, and executing the product roadmap

    • Bridging between the business owners and the platform and operations team, collecting stakeholders’ requirements, smoothly translating them into processes and workflows

    • Identifying business needs and make solution recommendations with strong problem solving and analytical skills, and provide consistent feedback on improvement opportunities related to current business process

    • Leading the creation and development of product features by understanding the business and product requirements and championing the asks from ideation to delivery

    • Communicating with solid arguments the product's plans, issues, and general insights to different stakeholders

    • Preparing and delivering presentations that include current deliverables as well as future functionality roadmap

    • Keeping an eye for the bigger picture

    • Negotiating as well as compromising when and where needed

    • Ensuring that the team is on the right track at all times

    • Experience with the agile software development process

    • Evaluating, managing and prioritizing enhancement requests submitted by users in a time-sensitive environment

    • Monitoring customer and operational/KPI metrics to ensure a successful customer experience

    • Vetting potential integrations to business applications

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience

    • Four or more years of relevant work experience

    • Proficiency in programs such as G-Suite, Slack, Jira, etc.

    • Experience with system implementation or ongoing system support

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Previous experience supporting culture and engagement events

    • Adobe Workfront Experience

    • Previous Adobe Workfront Fusion Experience

    • Ability to work independently and with a cohesive team of multiple partner

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Working knowledge of Agile Processes

    • Attention to detail

    • Strong analytical skills

    • Time management and organizational skills
