    We are looking for a Consultant to join the Marketing Creative team. The role will focus on supporting the Latino & Local team within the Consumer Mobility vertical with projects including, but not limited to: National Latino promotions/product launch campaigns, Local Latino promotions.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Supporting with the creative development and execution for in-language (Spanish) campaign creative for digital, radio, and Video for the Latino segment for both National and Local marketing.

    • Leading digital acquisition asset development and management with internal creative team, from briefing to trafficking final assets.

    • Tracking and managing the day-to-day workflow to help ensure all work is delivered on time and on budget.

    • Reviewing creative assets and providing actionable feedback ensuring consistency with brand standards and best practices.

    • Working closely with media teams, both internal and external, including digital asset trafficking.

    • Researching category, competitors, target audience and cultural trends to support creative strategy and inform execution.

    • Tracking timelines and budgets.

    • Supporting the Senior Managers as needed.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.

    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Are a self-motivated, creative problem solver with attention to detail.

    • Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • An understanding of the creative development across channels - TV, online video, radio, digital.

    • Confident verbal and written communication skills.

    • Experience with Latino/US Hispanic segment marketing.

    Where you’ll be working

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $86,000.00 and $159,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
