    What you’ll be doing...

    You’ll be working on forward-thinking new solutions for businesses and consumers to help make life better, safer, more efficient, more convenient...you name it. You will be keeping track of all the details for our new product development and innovation projects and troubleshooting along the way. You’ll be a key part of the Innovation Center and Lab team that is redefining the customer experience (CX) from the idea through design and testing and launch. In our world class facility, we bring new ideas to life every day to connect people, places, and things in new and meaningful ways.

    • Leading and managing innovative new product projects from start to finish.

    • Planning, anticipating issues, and adjusting to meet objectives.

    • Keeping track of bugs and fixes in the development and testing phase.

    • Detailing all phases of the project including meeting minutes, metrics, and reporting.

    • Driving the project and keeping team members on track.

    What we’re looking for...

    You can keep the big picture in mind but have an eye on all the steps to the finish line. You view obstacles as puzzles you’d like to tackle. You are not afraid to ask questions to ensure you understand things clearly. You like working in a dynamic environment and recognize that it comes with lots of ambiguity. You are happiest when all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed and enjoy the challenge of bringing order to chaos.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • A degree.

    • Managed programs and/or user experience design

    • Worked in technical field.

    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

    • Customer service experience with internal and external clients.

    • Translated complex ideas to be relevant and understood by various functions and levels.

    Where you’ll be working

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
