    What you’ll be doing…

    The Marketing Data and Analytics Manager for Verizon Connect will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing our Customer Data Platform (CDP) while ensuring our digital analytics ecosystem supports business decision-making and customer-centric strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust data strategies, deliver actionable insights, and unlock the full potential of customer data. If you’re an analytical marketer who is passionate about building strong partnerships that drive high impact outcomes, this role is for you. Being within Verizon Connect’s digital marketing team you'll have a supporting cast that understands what you're trying to do and can support making the changes happen based upon the insights you are providing.

    In this role, you will transform data into meaningful and actionable insights to support data-driven decision making within the organization.

    Responsibilities include:

    Digital analytics

    • Lead digital funnel analysis to understand pressure drivers and share insights and recommendations with leadership

    • Engage with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, media, BI, sales operations & MarTech to align actions to maximize media & sales funnel performance

    • Closely monitor digital data health, escalate data /tagging issues impacting measurement and work with key stakeholders for quick resolution

    CDP Development & management

    • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Customer Data Platform

    • Collaborate with Business Intelligence, marketing, IT and product teams to integrate various data sources (online and offline)

    What we’re looking for...

    You are a detail oriented, highly analytical, results driven professional with storytelling abilities that is highly motivated and thrives in a fast paced environment.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience

    • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training

    • Proven experience in building or managing a CDP.

    • Strong expertise in digital analytics tools and methodologies.

    • High proficiency with Google Analytics (as well as excel and other Google tools) for analysis and reporting

    • Understanding of digital sales funnel and performance drivers

    • Experience navigating multi-disciplinary teams and directing the work of others in a matrixed environment.

    • Ability to develop presentations and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Working knowledge with salesforce.com / Tealium

    • Understanding of digital media, measurement and analytics either in a business, agency or consulting organisation.

    • Experience in roles which require initiative to drive projects, operate with autonomy & tenacity to deliver results in a complex, fast paced environment.

    • Well-developed teamwork, collaboration, and cross functional leadership skills.

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $108,000.00 and $201,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
