What you'll be doing…

We are looking for a skilled video producer and photographer to create engaging content for employees that drives sales performance. This role will be responsible for pre-production (planning), production (photography/filming), and post-production (editing, color grading, and visual effects). To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and showing impeccable attention to detail. If you can understand a strategic vision, define goals, and execute a final product that exceeds expectations, we’d like to meet you .

• Videography and photography

* Planning, shooting, and delivering high-quality video and photo content for various projects and partners, including internal marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement

* Operating and maintaining professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment

* Scouting locations and ensuring optimal setups for capturing visual content

* Editing videos and photos to create polished, engaging deliverables that align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations

* Applying advanced visual effects and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software

* Performing color grading, sound design, and other enhancements to achieve professional-level work

* Working closely with stakeholders and leaders to conceptualize and execute ideas that bring stories to life.

* Contributing to brainstorming sessions, providing visual direction and technical insights

* Adapting to feedback and ensuring outputs meet creative goals

* Proactively collaborate with the team’s editors to seamlessly share files, learnings, and new developments to ensure cohesive and consistent creatives across the team

* Showcasing technical skills and industry trends within projects and exports

* Troubleshooting technical challenges on-set and during post-production

In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (VCG in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

What we're looking for…

You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines, where different challenges arise. You stay up to date on the latest equipment, software and industry trends. You proactively seek out opportunities to improve quality and workflow.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

• Three or more years of professional experience in videography and photography

• Experience in video editing and VFX software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar software

• Experience using camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques Experience in creating dynamic visual effects and motion graphics

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience with drone videography and photography

• Proficient in 3D animation software like Blender, Cinema 4D or Maya

• Background in shooting and editing for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for composition and maintaining brand standards
