As a Marketing, Senior Manager, Save Orchestration Programs you will be responsible for orchestrating marketing programs that incentivize retention and loyalty efficiently including the development of messaging strategies, targeting opportunities, creative execution and automation. This will include leading channel NBX strategy, audit, review and optimization including Digital, Sales-assisted and service-assisted on behalf of the CRM team. Verizon’s CRM team will look to this individual to proactively drive strategic recommendations to optimize offers and motions using orchestration, automation and NBX strategies. In addition, this role will be responsible for understanding Sales/Field feedback and conducting problem-solving analysis to aid CRM communications and strategy building. This role will require developing executive-level presentations and crafting compelling slides to communicate strategies and results. Additionally, this role will act as a conduit to adjacent teams including Pega, Platforms, and Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities will include:
Outbound marketing communications. Optimizes outbound comms ensuring each is maximizing our gains ensuring we don’t over-communicate to our base.
Macro marketing strategic direction.
Manages to company priorities and identifies key areas to focus our time and resources.
Develops base segments to match these priorities to individual customers. This enables downstream partner teams.
Integration with NBX. Leads channel NBX strategy, audit, review and optimization including Digital, Sales-assisted and service-assisted.
Project Management of program implementations.
Partnering with internal and external teams to drive effective strategies, manage timelines, and budgets.
Developing test strategies, measuring and monitoring performance, and making strategic recommendations in order to improve program performance.
Presenting recommendations for strategy improvements and provide strong justifying evidence to defend these recommendations to senior leadership and peer groups. Gain alignment across work groups and implement these changes.
You are self-motivated, results driven, and a problem solver with attention to detail and experienced in campaign orchestration. You have experience with the coordination and communication among cross-functional internal teams and agency partners. ****
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience with customer journey experience mapping and optimization (online, offline).
Experience segmenting audiences and driving experiences based on segmentations.
Experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
Experience balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint applications) and Google Suite.
Experience with campaign decisioning tools such as Adobe Experience Platform and/or Pega.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Master’s degree, MBA.
Experience in both base and demand generation marketing.
Experience working with internal or external marketing or advertising agencies.
Confident verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Digital experience of trends and key business drivers.
Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $108,000.00 and $201,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
