    What you’ll be doing...

    The Account Manager Indirect Agent Channel Sales will be responsible for managing regional indirect agent sales team that sell across wireless portfolio across all business segments. This Account Manager role is responsible for building relationships and leading high performance excellence in an indirect agent model, targeting new partners and increasing participation. You’ll be leveraging your sales expertise, excellent customer relations skills, and excitement for technology to deliver outstanding and innovative business solutions that support our technology evolution and change the way businesses connect.

    • Driving agent sales growth and managing performance metrics
    • Accurately forecasting beginning of month projection vs. actual monthly performance
    • Building and supporting business plans for channel initiatives of growth and scale across all business products and solutions.
    • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver outcomes.
    • Building trusting relationships with internal and external customers.
    • Developing and providing expertise in all wireless offerings, products, and services
    • Weekly calls with business subagents; strategy, deep dive into their funnel, partner to win more business
    • Offer development, offer management, submitting non-standard requests and MAA profiles
    • Quarterly business reviews – strategy. Speak to C-Level most of time. VP/ owners of the business as well as the sub agents
    • Manage relationships with internal teams, such as finance, marketing, and operations – often with global enterprise. Partner with global enterprise CP, selling side by side on larger opportunities
    • Operational troubleshooting: assisting with order fall out, creating trade quotes, assist with escalations from sub-agents
    • Prospecting – bringing on additional sub agents and increasing sub agent participation

    The territory will cover Northern CA

You are pragmatic with creative business strategies always keeping eye on the objectives of the assignment. You’re organized and detail oriented and you’ve got a knack for spotting errors. You take a lot of pride in your work, and that’s why people count on you to deliver. You have successful experience in working with partners and managing their performance to achieve forecasted results. Experience strategizing, planning, and driving high-performance.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Experience in B2B sales, marketing, training or customer service. Ideally, with third party sellers or retailers.
    • Experience in Account management.
    • One or more years of experience in leading a sales team to meet/exceed targets.
    • Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation.
    • Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Ability to manage competing priorities with tight deadlines in a multifaceted environment.
    • Technology experience with above network solutions
    • Strong track record of delivering sales results.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience in the wireless industry.
    • Excellent speaking and writing skills to convey complex solutions to all types of audiences.
    • Strong understanding of channel dynamics and ability to execute plans on channel growth.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $71,000.00 and $150,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
