The Total Employee Experience Lead is responsible for developing and executing a strategy to digitize the employee experience using AI and GenAI technology. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI and GenAI, as well as a passion for improving the employee experience.
Developing and implementing a strategy to digitize the employee experience using AI and GenAI technology
Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Leading the implementation of AI and GenAI technology solutions
Managing the Total Employee Experience team
Tracking and measuring the impact of AI and GenAI technology on the employee experience
Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in AI and GenAI technology
Communicating regularly with stakeholders about the progress of the Total Employee Experience initiative
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in human resources
Experience with AI and GenAI technology
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for improving the employee experience
Experience with employee self-service technologies
Experience with change management
Experience with data analysis
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong technical background: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, architectures, and technologies relevant to the product. This might include cloud computing, APIs, databases, or specific programming languages.
Data analysis: Ability to interpret data, analyze product performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges.
Technical communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Product Vision: Ability to understand and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
Prioritization: Ability to prioritize features and make trade-off decisions based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Market Awareness: Understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs.
