    What you'll be doing...

    As a National Account Manager within the Total Wireless Exclusive Retail team, a part of the VCG Value Organization, you will be responsible for managing your assigned Master Agent distributors in driving quality acquisition, ensuring they meet door growth quotas and drive other revenue generating key performance indicators (KPIs) for Master Agents while building relationships with their centralized and field leadership in the respective markets they operate in, helping solve their specific needs. You will prioritize and manage multiple Master Agent accounts successfully, making sure to understand business issues while developing action oriented plans that enable distributors to implement across their distribution footprint . You are accountable to the results of your distributors and will need to provide insight and make recommendations on critical, business impacting decisions. You’ll proactively share best practices, cultivate collaboration, ensure results are being met in order to drive and execute performance. Your role will require a high degree of collaboration with your leader, peers and support organizations, with key responsibilities to include:

    • Serving as primary point of contact for Master Agents field leaders directly responsible for sales and store build performance.

    • Monitor agent performance for potential unhealthy customer engagement KPIs or poor sales practices to identify stores and/or Dealers that need to be put on action plans.

    • Work with Master Agents to implement tailored plans and monitor progress; determining stage progression within our Performance Improvement Program.

    • Partner with Master Agent field teams; setting priorities and execution strategies.

    • Visit markets with Master Agent field leaders to look at potential new distribution, share sales best practices and identify challenges; elevating specifics internally to be solutioned.

    • Achieve individual 2025 store build target by managing Master Agents and their dealers to respective build targets.

    • Managing the distribution funnel and its SLAs; ensuring weekly funnel submissions are being submitted and existing funnel sites are executing leases; working with the store build team to remove sites outside of SLA.

    • Providing monthly store build commitments to leadership that align to 2025 store build forecast; work with Agents to ensure achievement vs commitments.

    • Partnering internally with Store Build teams via regular meetings with Agents/Dealers to gain insights on funnel progress and working through one off scenarios helping overcome obstacles and escalations.

    • Working with Agents to ensure they are identifying and executing on Own the Mile tactics through self funding or money earned through the Co-op program.

    • Partnering withLocal Marketing team to coordinate and execute on tactics driving incremental traffic and performance.

    • Master Agent field teams - setting priorities and execution strategiesYou have the business acumen and executive presence to establish credibility with the partners, and you’re energized by the prospect of scaling a new organization. When you negotiate, you effectively balance the needs of all involved.

You have an understanding of agent capabilities, performance skills, and sales strategies that drive agents to meet targets. You have high attention to details and work effectively under time constraints to deliver results by critical deadlines.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

    • Customer service, leadership, and sales experience.

    • Willingness to travel 51% to 75% of your time within assigned territory.

    • A valid driver’s license.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Experience leading direct reports.

    • Experience with third-party sellers or retailers.

    • Account management experience.

    • Experience managing competing priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

    • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

    • Experience driving sales, productivity, performance and results.

    • Financial acumen and experience in interpreting/analyzing sales results.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $109,000.00 and $202,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
